Delete your data

Effective October 17, 2026

You can ask us to delete your Nook account and everything connected to it at any time, including if you signed in to Nook with Google or Facebook.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Nook account".
2. Send it from the email address of the account you sign in with, so we know the request is yours. If you can't, tell us the name and email on the account and we will help you confirm it.
3. We confirm by email within 1 business day and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account: sign-in identity, email, display name, the name you chose and your date of birth.
• Everything your companions remember about you, your relationship with each of them, and your conversation and call records.
• Your diamond balance and any unused diamonds. Deleting your account cannot be undone, and unused diamonds are not refunded.
• Push notification tokens for your devices.

What we keep

Purchase records (amount, date and Stripe's payment ID) are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 10 years, and are used for nothing else. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Nook from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
